Joining

All veteran and active duty troopers that have served on airborne status in a United States or partner force military are invited to join our organization. The 82nd Airborne Division Association welcomes troopers from Army Special Forces groups, the Ranger Regiment, Marine Corps Special Operators, Airforce Special Operators, and Navy Special Warfare operators.

If you have jumped out of a perfectly good airplane for Uncle Sam, we want you!

Requirements

Any honorably discharged veteran of the United States armed forces that served on jump status is eligible to join. Any active duty member of the United States armed forces that is currently or has ever served on jump status is eligible to join.

Starting the Process

Active Duty, junior enlisted $8.20 / yr, $82 lifetime Active Duty Membership Application
Active Duty, enlisted or junior officer $8.20 / yr, $150 lifetime Active Duty Membership Application
Active Duty, senior enlisted or officer $8.20 / yr, $350 lifetime Active Duty Membership Application
Veteran $35 / yr, $350 annual Veteran Membership Application

A prospective member can apply for membership in two ways:

  1. Mail order; or
  2. Electronic (preferred).

Mail Order

Applications for membership may be completed using the United States Postal Service. To do so, complete and print out the appropriate application form listed about. Decide on the type of membership and mail the completed form, supporting documentation, and a check or money order in the appropriate amount to:
